Bespoke Avenue, Terms and Conditions (April 2015)

Upon placing an order and making payment to Bespoke Avenue, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Policy

Payment is received via PayPal and required in full prior to commencing works on your order.

Please ensure any personalisation in the "note to seller" box of the invoice is checked prior to making payment. Check for correct spelling, colours, quantity and any other specifications deemed as "personalised".

Payment of your invoice acts as confirmation of your "sign off". Changes after this time will incur further charges.

Packaging

As you are ordering handmade, your order needs to feel special. All items come packaged with bubble wrap and tissue paper with a seal as standard.

Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Standard Post or First Class signed for on orders over the value of £15.00.

Orders are despatched within 3 weeks of receiving payment. This may change at busier times such as Christmas, where updates will be available through social media. We make every effort to ensure your order is received in the shortest time possible. If it is required by a certain date please ask prior to placing the order.

Pricing

All prices are correct at the time of going to press and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We do reserve the right to change the pricing and specification of products without prior notice.

Refund Policy

Returns or refunds are not accepted for personalised or made to order goods. "Personalised" and "made to order" constitutes any items which include names, dates, quotes or any personal details requested by you. It will also include items in which colour, size, style and design are specified by you.

Where the customer may choose to cancel their order after the dispatch of goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods (in as new condition) a refund for the cost of the item/s will be issued within 5 working days.

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. A replacement will be supplied, or refund issued once photographic evidence has been obtained. Please ensure you retain the packaging should this occur. 

As all items are handmade, slight changes to the design may occur as no two items are rarely exactly the same. This is the beauty of handmade.
