How do I place an order?

It's very quick and easy to do. Simply select the item(s) you wish to order and you will be taken through to our secure checkout process via PayPal where you can make payment via a PayPal account or credit/debit card.

If ordering personalised items please ensure you specify details in the "note to seller" box.

How to long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually within 3 weeks of placing the order, however it may take up to 4 weeks during peak times such as Christmas. If this is the case then progress updates will be found on the social media channels. If you require something by a particular date please do not hesitate to ask.

How are the items packaged?

All items are lovingly handmade so we want to reflect this in the packaging. All items come gift wrapped in tissue paper and a seal as standard. If you would like to include a little note to send straight to the recipient just let us know.

How are items delivered?

All orders are posted via Royal Mail using their first class signed for service within the UK. 

Can you change colours and wording from the pictures included on the website?

Yes of course! This is the beauty of handmade :) All items are designed to your requirements so if there is something you would like to change please don't hesitate to ask :)
